Privacy Policy.

Protecting your privacy and private information is important to us. We have no intention to gain information from you for any other purpose than the management of our business.

Sharing with third parties.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for any reason except in the management of our business. This may include, as an example, sending a booking list to a hotel which contains a list of names and passport numbers. Or as another example, compiling a passenger manifest list that may contain, name, date of birth and passport number to an agency for booking transport.
We never share, trade or sell any information we collect with third parties for the purpose of financial or other return.
Where required by law or court order, we will pass your personal details to any relevant authority that requests them in line with crime prevention or other unlawful activity.

Storage of details.

We store client details on a database on our computer which we make all efforts to ensure is secure. This data is also backed up to a proprietary online backup service. The data is encrypted and is not viewable by any person at this backup location. This location could be within the European Union or the United States of America. We may also hold paperwork copies of your information in part or full and again all reasonable efforts are made to keep these secure.
On completion of any trip that you have booked with us, we will delete all personal information held on our files with the exception of your name, email address and telephone number for marketing purposes. You may request us to permanently delete these records at any time.

Accessing details of what information we store.

You can request, at any time, for a list of the personal details we hold about you at any time. The request must be submitted in writing and signed by you and with a contact number. If we are unsure in any way that it is you requesting the data we may contact you for clarification. We do not currently make any charge for this.

Deleting your personal data.

If you request us to permanently delete all of your personal information we will do so within 5 business days. It may take up to 30 days for this information to be deleted from our online backup service as we are unable to access the information directly as the data is encrypted.
Access to website and online services.
By accessing our website we may directly and indirectly collect information from you. We do not monitor or protect any information that is posted via a social networking site or blog.
Our site uses ‘cookies’ and like most other websites, these are used to enhance the performance of the website and online services. No identifiable information is collected by cookies.

Navigating to other sites from our website.

Other websites and organisations are not party to our privacy policy and may have different terms. By following a link or navigating away from our site to another you agree and understand that we are not responsible for any misuse of information that arises from other sources.
Provision of false information.
You agree to supply us with truthful personal details. In the event that you are denied entry into a country, reserve, national park or other location we visit, due to supplying false information we will consider your trip cancelled at that point and no refund will be due.

Newsletter and other email communications.

We use your email address to communicate with you. This may include booking confirmations, changes to itineraries. trip updates, marketing and newsletter communications.
For this reason you must supply and maintain a valid email address at all times. You can unsubscribe from any mailings or newsletter that are general marketing information at any time. However, you cannot unsubscribe from all communications up to and including the duration of any trip that you have booked.

We comply with all of the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
